PRIVACY POLICY

This is the privacy policy of the Guernsey Commonwealth Games Association (herein after referred to as GCGA). Its website www.guernseycga.org.gg, which shall include, without limitation, the home page, splash page, and all other pages under the same top level domain name, and the contents thereon (the site) as provided by the GCGA.

The GCGA respects the privacy of all its members Sports and of their individual membership and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of information very seriously.  

The GCGA will not disclose any information personal or otherwise to any other party without consent. All such personal information is processed in accordance with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001. However, please note that if at any time the GCGA is required by law to release information about you or your organisation, the GCGA must cooperate fully.

By using this site, you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use the site. The GCGA reserve the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions from this policy at any time so that visitors are encouraged to review this policy from time to time.
